We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 ($975.00 for Simpson StrongTie products). Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. Express shipping options are also available at checkout.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
