Improved Productivity 3M™ Air Barrier with Permeable Backing 3015VP helps improve productivity with Top Liner Technology, which provides exposed adhesive for single applicator installation. It is a primer-less application, reducing the number of steps in application and saving time during installation. It is also lightweight (30" x 100’ rolls weigh 28lbs) to enable a single-person installation. The full coat permeable advanced acrylic adhesive allows for immediate repositioning of the product to reduce waste and improve productivity. Versatile 3M™ Air Barrier with Permeable Backing 3015VP is a versatile product that is compatible with most sealants and substrates. 3015VP works in varied climates and can be applied at surface temperatures ranging between 0°F (-18°C) and 150°F (66°C) and a service temperature range from -40°F (-40°C) to 240°F (116°C). Its self-gasketing membrane provides nail salability to further reduce moisture intrusion. Product Performance 3M™ Air Barrier with Permeable Backing 3015VP meets and exceeds many building code standards. 3015VP is UV resistant up to 12 months maintaining the protection needed for long-running projects or unexpected delays.
